Warns are permanent and the warning level won't decrese by the time.

Well thats not entirely right Sometimes we lower it by time passing by for good behaviour etc, but that usually happens when warning level is around mute limit.

@Ayd.Mev Honestly these forum warns are not a big deal if you have some points as far as you dont get into mute level, so I think you shouldn't make a big deal about it It's just a "history" of the user's behaviour for us, and some kind of a warning to get some manners wtc. If someone makes really extremely deepshit flaming or so, I will instant mute him anyways, no matter how much warn points he have
Btw in practise we can't remove them. We can add + and - points but all of those actions will be visible  there forever. Even if I give you -5 for "positive mental attitude", helpful in ban/unban section or whatever, the other actions will be there to see anytime.

So my advice is to forget about those forum warns, keep calm and behave as a well-mannered grown up forum user, and you won't have any probelms here
