Why banned: i didnt get ban, but loose pcr.

Explain us situation: it was start of game , my comp is shout down and i was kicked ..I loose 4 pcr for nothing rly....can you give back pcr plz?

You lost PSR because you got kicked, and since it was because of your connection failure we don't give psr back.
