Message to admins from PLAYERS that make this server a SERVER

Right in this momment im having trouble playing dota because there are no players on this server , i mean im waiting 20min for a game 1600, even if i host a game AP i might wait 10-15 min for players and i dont wanna talk about games over 1750, why is that? What is happening since the begining of this year?
Can you stop baning perma bans to players who insult BECAUSE AS I KNOW THERE IS !IGNORE AND !DND OPTIONS am i right?
Can you stop baning IP's becouse of insult or multiple accounts because it is my right to have one or two or three accounts, because if one of my accounts is 1850 then how to play 1500 games?
I understand perma ban on lagabuse users who insult on forum, but i dont understand perma ban to users who insult on game while there is option someone to ignore him or !dnd.
Also i hate HACKS, and all those who deserve hacks should be perma banned and their IP's, BUT REALLY WITH ALL DUE THE RESPECT TO YOU ADMINS WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING? I am playing dota since the beggining and i never seen such a funny RULEZ , you are making this server annoying and i know players that dont play on this server cause of some of your funny rules, i dont understand why you admins becomed so strict , AREN'T WE THE PLAYERS THAT MAKE THIS SERVER EVERYTHING? U are right about games and players, but multiaccs are getting permabanned because of game ruin, not for insulting.

This are ofc ALL YOUR ACCOUNTS, all permabanned, all for (almost - Red link is for game destroying aswell) the same offenses.
Think that you are just a small fish in this pond. There are literally over 500 accounts banned for severe offenses, guess from where ? Underground strumica. +at least 60 accounts locked in the past for MH or other hacks.
So you tell me, what is your quality to this server ? What do you bring in the games you play ?
Do you want me to change the rules for one 14 y/o kid with anger and nationality issues ? Again you are just a small fry. There are others exactly like you who only play games to fuck them up.
You have to wait 25 minutes ? Good, some of us have to wait an entire game while 2 idiots from your internet caffee were in different teams and 1 of them fed the other.
Conclusion : The ban on the internet caffee will not expire, at least, not in the next 3 months. If you don't like the rules, have fun on other servers.

Imo one of the reasons is update in this server, people are not leaving for getting banned, after some time they understand and start playing good but the map is not updating and i find as the first and main reason on the server and in dota 1

I don't know if you are mmy- or not but your argument on waiting so long is invalid. Its true sometimes you need to wait for a game, but that is only in late night hours, during the day its pretty easy to find 1600+ game and don't wait much. (about 5 minutes)
If you are however mmy- just read xeqtr's post again. You didn't get banned once but many times, and we don't care if you are 2000 or 1300 psr player when you are retarded to break rules so many times.

Answer is simple, and no, it is not because of the admins. It is because it's a 14 years old game, and there are lol, dota2 etc which are newer, modern graphics, continous updates, etc etc. The number of players are decreasing because ppl change to other game, and new players choose a newer game to play, not a 14 years old.

Yes, everybody can have as many accounts as he wants, as far as he don't use them to avoid ban. For example if you lost connection in a game, but it's clearly not your fault, or get unrecoverably dropped by bug or anything, you can use your other account to play while you get your unban, noone will have any problem with it, cause you are not evading any legit ban. But if you are ruining a game, destroying items of teammates etc, got banned and then use your other account to avoid that legit ban, you will get banned on your other accounts as well, and it's totally ok as it is. These rules are good for the server. Quality over quantity, since there aren't so many players anyways. Small amount of players but no game ruiners, or small amount of players, and most of them gameruiners? You prefer the second one? You must be one of those massive gameruiners if you argue with this rule.

No. Those who ruin the games of that small amount of players who still play dota1. They make the server bad. That's what the rules for. If someone totally destroys your game and you don't want him to get banned, then you either enjoy pointless shit games and you are a masochist, or you do the same gameruining regularly.
