5.I don't know why he didn't wanna play.He said something about a war staring in his country (!!!!) but he kept staying at his computer so he could move his hero, and therefore not be afk. He also bought some items (like tango, TPs...) and kept selling them right away, so if we do kick him, we couldn't take his money

He obviously joined to ruin our game. Maybe he is a spy to help other team. He stayed AFK from beginning till end of the game and he also moved in every 5 minute to prevent being kicked.
Also, we tried to kick him several times but interestingly we could not kick him due to missing of a different vote everytime!

Dont worry guys, for now he get just this ban, only bcs his 900games on it, but i marked his account, and if he do even small brake he gona get perma, for now lets take a brake 10days.
