This is Bosnian and Hercegovina slang(i dont know how to said maybe isnt right word), they used "Jebo majku svoju/Jebo mater glupu" as i word to express felings when they see something retard, so you done something what he think its bad. Its very hard to explain it on english, but i perfectly understand all ex yugoslavian language, maybe less slovenian but still.
