Weird v6 bug with some antiviruses

Has anyone encountered this bug where some antiviruses pick up v6 as something malicious and just block it from doing its installation routine, the part where it backups the w3 loader. It won't be able to back it up and then the installation fails, until you disable the antivirus. Maybe this is just a specific AV bug, or a false-positive but I didn't encounter this on v5 while installing eurobattle.net on my friend's PC which has ESET.
