Warcraft 3 Version Switcher Tool (Updated)

Hello everyone!

As you know, Blizzard released the 1.27a patch. Eurobattle support this one yet but in case you play on Blizzard servers as well but you want to play on Xpam too, no more need for two separate Warcraft 3 directories.

What this tool does is switch between 1.26a and 1.27a.

This is just a small workaround until we patch the server to 1.27a
