i need help.. wit...cc++2015.. i have and 2010... and installer...with,installer ,,,,the programe can t start because api-ms-win-crt-convert.......and wit cc++2015 ..one more issuse casused the setup..fail 0x80240017
unspecified error... help me pls

You should ask 2 people for help:

1) The teacher of your native language to teach you how to use dots and commas,
2) Your English teacher to...to teach you English.

Also, tech support board is somewhere else.

But enough! I shall be nice now.

Uninstall everything, download it from reliable source and install it all as admin.

whats your issue, to install c++2015 packages or to install euroloader.
make sure u use c++ x86 even if u use 64bit version of Windows.
in case u have Win XP and u are unable to download c++ packages from Microsoft website, let me know and I will provide u alternative link.
