For instance, if someone kills an 8 year old kid who is playing football in that moment, shoots him in the face with a glock for example, you are telling me you would feel ok with that if the person who shoots the kid says something like "I did it to make the world better" ? His intention was good right ?

If you change the way you behave/think/whatever just because of the reasoning of other people's actions you have a very big problem.

My point is, your perception of things makes little difference to the actual facts.

Another thing worth mentioning is, now palyers which were rated 1650 and played which were rated 1400 are both 1500, when you !balance you don't do shit, it just randomly sets them up, its all russian roulette about who gets the masked 1650 and 1400. At least reset the top 500 ratings. Or lower them by 50.

Honestly if you don't want people to reach 2000 PSR then just do what I said, we won't fuck up others by letting 1700 play with 1300 and both be rated the same

I also think that you should read some psychology books, because W3 DotA is so outdated.
DotA 2 has no maphackers and INT hero is usually support - if you don't play him otherwise.
For example Doom has low mana pool and no armor, a lot of Turks here makes mana boots for him.
