moderator power abuse by opening my slot - kicking me out of game after he provoked me and when i told him he cant talk to me at all he wrote !open and i was kicked

The whole situatuin is clear, this is his 2nd time power abuse with no reason, ignoring the gay that falmed me hard and istead kicking me witouht being owner, so i tly think it is the right time to pull him of his mod status or just taking of his !mute !open !owner command bcs there were plenty of report of him power abusing and this one cannot be more clear, + he went !open on me without even cheking the start of the lobby wher eu can see clearly how hexbomb flamed and ofc i report him in the post before this, so to make it clear, he open a guy that talked back to his provoke and didnt open the guy that flame -broke the rule,
