pc decided to update windows and then I got a bluescreen error. I have taken a photo of the screen if needed.
4: Reason that forced you to break the rule?
update settings on windows were not turned off. I will do this from now on.
5: Explain to us a general vision about the situation.
I was level 8 with doctor, even though I died 3 times, I could have support pudge for a lot of kills. I am sure we would have won the game.

Post that photo here. I was in that game, you "lost connection" exactly when you died 3rd time (a few seconds later) and you didn't died losing control of the hero due to losing connection because you used stun 1 sec before you died.

before i had the blue screen, i blocked for a couple of seconds, i cast the stun.. then it said, waiting for connection, then i had the blue screen..
