ban req

I posted ban req and they only god warn. Did the rules changed or this is bad job?
Previously they banned ppl for afking and family flame but now nothing?
So i ask again are there new rules or what is the problem?

Rules are same , rule state:
Note: All decisions are mainly rendered by Moderators and can vary from those from 'Table of Sanctions'.
AFK did not directly result in the lost of the game.
Players have been warned, next time if they go AFK they will get 6 days of ban ,instead of 3.
Only thing i hold against the moderator is that he did not provide explanation about it in his post.
