so the title name's program shows up halfway through my DotA match, i was wondering if I would be banned for leaving halfway through the match or something, it also happens when i bought 3 smoke of deceit and 2 teleport scrolls... could this might also be a spoiler program from an opponent player?

Yes, you would be banned for a short period of time. I don't think it's an attack on you tho, probably just random w3 crash.
