when we are playing in games sometimes server remains disabled. I've had it twice
We won the game but no psr after I checked lagabuse stat I could not even find there game
there is something wrong.

It can happen if host use weird simbols, non-regular letters for game name. We will check it and restore your PSR if bug happend.
It would be good if you could provide more info like on which date was game played, or even better at what time, and which hero were you.

We experineced completely disappearing games too, when i played actively, but it was extremely rare. 1 game/400 or so. I did not find any logical reason so no idea what could happen. I remember clearly coz it was some imba good 30+ kills axe game for me so i was a bit nervous

I do not remember the date but I can tell you this much server was not active after finishing our game
so we did not install a new game It was about 5-6 days ago
ı checked psr but I did not see any point comes after ı checked lagabuse stat and server did not save my game
ı played trax and with barat

Next time this happens I would appreciate if you can write down the exact date and time, maybe even which bot hosted the game and a replay. The more info the more it helps me to find out what actually happened.

I can't go search through logs from a week ago because it's just too much data to sift through.
