Low FPS on laptop.

Hey. i noticed i have this low fps.. which is weird cause my older laptop could run the game easily at 60 fps.

And this PC seems like capped at 23-30FPS. in WC3.

Any suggestions?


I tried lowering all settings to low / high with the same fps results..
I know this is probably on my end somehow,since my old laptop could run this game better than my current one.


Also in the video options, the resolutions.. do i pick 16-bit or 32-bit? i guess 32.
Cause i didnt see this option on the older WC3.
