I played also, and yes, there was a huge lag around midnight, people had 300+ ms, but nobody dropped.
If anyone got dropped and lost PSR, feel free to send me a PM or write it in unban request, and I will restore your PSR.

It was like at 00:40 at my time, shit started going crazy, probably a DDOS as it was increasing every minute from me going to 60, to 100, to 200... You should check your received packets probably something abnormal there, my first thought was a DDOS.

Its Illuminati confirmed , xcens and ayd are connected with them. IHD is on Illuminati payroll.
American Goverment are not taking any responsability for LA lag.
