>1600 --> +25 PSR
>1700 --> +20 PSR
>1800 --> +15 PSR

SIGN UP AND CHECK IN SYSTEM

We will use the check-in system to avoid last minute problems.Players who want to participate in this tour will have to come to LA Tour channel to check-in(sign) 15 minutes before the tour.

CHECK-IN DATE: 17.7.15 at 17:30 SERVER TIME
TOUR START: 14.7.15 at 18:00 SERVER TIME


Important Note: It would take around 2 hours to finish this tour but players who come to sign up must have at least time till --:-- server time

  1. Map & Modes
  
  Map : Latest version of DotA
  
  Mode :
  1on1 - "-apshomnp -noneutrals" with specific hero   => modus bo1 (maybe bo3 depends on tour mods decision)
   
  2. Items restriction
  1on1:
  
  - Tranquill Boot is forbidden
  - chicken/crow - bottle.
  
  You are only allowed to use chicken/crow or bottle. If you buy chicken/crow, you're not allowed to buy bottle. So, if you buy bottle, you're not allowed to buy/use chick/crow anymore.
  
  3. Remaking game
  If any player gets dropped before 5th minute (and First Blood didn't happen/no tower were destroyed/no Roshan has been killed) the game must be remade. In other cases rmking game depends of arrangement of both teams.
  
  4. Other rules
  - Each team has got right to do 2 pauses - 3 minutes each.
  - Backdooring is allowed.
  - Blocking creeps is not allowed with spells like Fissure or Sprout when there isn't any enemy hero nearby.
  
  
  Important Note: All players must have Gproxy on during the tour
  
  Important rule: We added few new rules for these kind of tours. The games end when:
  -the one player gets first 2kills( e.g. simple 2:0 or 1:1 and then some gets 2nd kill; 2:1=win!)
  -or when 1 tower is destroyed on one side.
  
  either 2:0 or 2:1, or if 0 kills happened, the tower is destroyed on one side=win too!

Seems like u are butthurt son. U are here cuz there are still some players who play those tours and I'm one of them. less words more work pls and everyone will be happy.

Why are you being butthurt? Its your duty as a tour mod to come and organize the tour, otherwise just quit your position and let someone else replace you. Why are you offending other normal members? Its not our fault that you dont show on tours, you are getting all your acceses and stuff and not us, thats why you are obligated to do your duty. You say that u have real life, sure u do, but You should tell someone from tour staff that u wont attend the tour and let someone else orginze it for you. But l, do not give me that bullshit that you dont have time, i dont give a rat's ass about your personal life, you are here to create tours, just like u used to do years ago but if i couldnt attend to organize a tour duo to rl then i would tell someone from the tour team to replace but I never threatned a nlmember duo to my fault.

Always is one of us (Face,Ernesto,Me) online when we have tours,u can always see anno,BUT NO PLAYERS! We postpone tours because we are 2-4 in channel. I see you always in channel dat,and i know that u want to participate in tours,but we cant start 4 ppl.

Okay listen guys, its summer and everyone want to have some sort of vacations, as tournament staff we apologise to you for that "inactivity", we (will) do as much as we can, have a little patience and everything will be normal again!

P.S : Ahh jean remember those summer days everyday 15 hours the day full of dota and hosting, awesome days!

P.S #2 : As summer we had a lot of plans for you guys but everything went to opposite, due to lack of moderators - time - real life in general but we will take care of everything, as i said - be patient!
