Reason: game ruining, intentional feed, unsporting behavior
All game was doing things to injure his team, and since minute 35 he get worse
i buy dust for bara with my gold and he were spending them in fountain so by cd i couldnt use my own dust, was sending bara (leaver) to creeps in other side of map to feed and he refused to play only stayed in fountain trowing arrows and sending bara to feed
