lycan has bug. when u got 16 lvl u cant use your ulti. why ?

If that happens again, you can report the bug to IceFrog. He may fix it. After a year or so :D

Well there were bugs about transformation skills long time ago, there were also a command -recreate to fix it, but it had a different behaviour, not like simply cant use it. Do you have any replays?

Well the answer is more simple than that, you didn't play enough dota1 games on old versions to experience the bug  8) 8) 8) 8) 8)

2- when axe first skil use after lycan not atack ax he can go free ;D ;D ;D it is good bug :D
