I don't think it wouldn't be that hard to code, since hostbot already has geolocation integrated (remember good old !from command?) which does precisely that - translates IP into country code. It would, however, require recoding bot to keep track of and pass additional info into database, and I guess altering database structure can sometimes be tedious. Adding one more column into stat page web interface is quite trivial, if you have the data stored.There's one major problem though. The whole geolocation thing is very faulty and inconsistent, frequently yielding wrong country or no country at all. Besides, you either track everyone, or no one, so "top 3" kind of idea doesn't really work, on the backend side at least.
I doubt anyone will make it - why would you need to see (on the stats page) where are they from?I'm not saying I'm against it, just nobody will make it happen.
