aoe vs aom

Have u played age of empire and age of mythology. Which one do you like the most? Are you more into aoe which is about more about real history or you are more into aom which is more about mythology

graphics aside (in graphics aom clearly better), aoe just has the nostalgia factor, aom is clearly superior as far as gameplay goes

Ontopic: aom graphics are way better, indeed, but from the time aoe2 made a hd edition the graphics are quite similar to aom. I've personally played aom way more mostly because i loved the campagins, i found the aom campagins way better and entertaining comparing to aoe2. In the other hand in my opinion playing a normal game against other players or AI bots aoe2 is kinda more fun cuz i like the way you can build your base in aoe2 with tons of walls and castles etc (its not like you cant do it in aom but i find it more pleasent and fun to build a base in aoe2).

I always liked AoM more.

I never had an actuall reason, never argued "I like AoM better because <reason>".

When I think about it, I guess it's because I like fantasy (or sci-fi) units included.

And as I said in the previous topic, selling the AoE 2 HD and AoM Extended (or what) edition on Steam for full price is just ridiculous.
