strangely , in the books , not Sansa but Arya was offered to marry Bolton , but when the Little Finger discovered that she was not even Arya , but Sansa's best friend , some maid that used to live in Winterfelt . So this girl takes the place of the Lady of the North , just to calm down Bolton , but them Boltons don't know about the scheme .
In the end , Sansa's best friend runs away the Dickless man akaTheon Greyjoy , who got back into his senses , but they are captured by Stannis Baratheon , who also has captured Yara Greyjoy .
in conclusion , there is a rape in the books but not Sansa's rape .
meanwhile , in the books , Sansa has been confronted by a rape 3 times , but got away each time (1 time is identical with the visit through the low city of King's Landing ) .

btw , the directors declared before the beginning of Season 5 that the readers of the books will be in shock as they will observe lots of differences , including a " big one " . was the rape scene ? i dunno . if it wasn't , prepare for a bigger shock then , who knows who the fuck is gonna die .

I heard this things, books / movie lots of different things, but only for those who read the book, i didnt so idk to be honest xD

Yea , there are tons of differences , smaller or bigger between the books and the series .
some are understandable , since they don't have the possibility to put every detail in the scripts due to a limited number of episodes .HBO did offer to sponsorship 20 episodes / seasons , but Martin didn't want - don't ask me why .
But other differences are just omissions - like what happen with Targarians , how the conflict started , maybe battles from that " era " .
And in the end , there are this facts which are totally different - like the rape scene . Starting with Season 3 , they've started to really have a cult with the viewers around the world , and at this moment , GoT has more fans than The Game of Thrones (the series vs the books) . And I think both Martin and the directors are exploiting this , both to attract each side to another , but also to get double financial benefits - i am sure of it .
So , since Season 3 , they've started adding obvious differences , in order to " spice things up " .
