I watched first 10 mins as well. In 6.83c there are runes every 2 mins on both sides, so honestly its not that hard to find a rune if the enemy dont take them continously. He didn't take all, only a 2-3, and once he made a fail attempt, lich taken top rune, he started to empty his bottle heading top than realized that rune taken already. I did not find any suspicious in his first 10 min gameplay.
