3.He was tiny and ask me for gem,i didnt give him and we are in push near frozen throne.so he toss me in fontain and i died...rlyy if for this he dont get ban,i will play ap and pick tiny..do this all time bcs it this must be forbbiden by rulez...

Unfortunately this is not enough for a ban, it didn't effect the game - you were farming at fountain all of you -  gem was not yours it was tiny's. Its considered as sabotaging teammates and its highly bannable, so i suggest you to not do the same
