to only way to use skills a lil bit faster is to queue the skill using shift
hold shiftE+T for mirana
u can also use shift to queue abilities when you tp , for insta cast(depends on hero) spell after  tp

It's starfall and then shifted leap, but it can be done without shifted leap too if you're fast enough, nothing special, just a bit more unexpected for nubs.

I prefer stylish long range arrow and just casually walking near my enemies to double starfall while they're stunned, he prefers to starfall from "far" (within starfall range obviously) and leap close for second starfall, to each his own.

I don't remember this particular game either and didn't watch replay now, but I know stalky likes casting starfall (the first starfall hits enemy from far) and then he leaps immediately after casting starfall, landing near him, for the second starfall to hit.

It works because starfall takes into account the position you are only at the end right before second starfall lands, not the initial casting point of starfall, so basically you can use starfall 2000 range away too (obviously first one won't hit), and if you dagger forcestaff and leap all shifted, fast, landing near enemy at the end of it, the second starfall will hit him. (that's a bit more stylish )

Hmmm interesting, but i think you cant perform a lvl4 leap and a forcestaff between the 2 starfall strikes, even with shifting. dunno the exact cast time btw.
