i was on bathroom then afk in start

As you see i was afk only 3 minutes since start i was back when they were 2 or 3 level
after that we started to loose cuz crixx left, i didnt feed, i did deff, and when we had broken 2 lanes pit lord started to say i was game ruining cuz i wasnt going tu suicide vs them when they were high level
so i deff from mega creeps, i dont refuse to play, that is a lye, I didnt game ruining we just loose, look the rep, and i wasnt afk 5 minutes as he say in the ban request... if i'd be 5 minutes he could kick me using -kickafk
 i got afk 3 minutes, but i think its a lot of ban
Or should i report him by game ruining too? He feeded more than me, can i report?
cuz i think its unfair one week ban cuz be afk 3 minutes since start
