Why an admin can ban u without a proper request ?

involving admin in same game he play, after game if someone break the rules he can ban u directly but in some cases u meet an dishonest admin and do not want to be trial by him so the question is: why an admin (if he play in same game whit the one which will be banned) can make a proper request as the rest of the players,so the guilty can be judged by impartial (unprejudiced, fair-minded) admin ?

I ask because some cases happens to be unique per game.
I do not know about the rest of you think but it is a matter of thought such as admins involving in the game that are playing do not make a decision about the guilt of a player and be judged by an impartial admin.

Dude your fight here is wrong, admins words are indistutable always deal with it, there is hierarcy in every game/forum and is always respected. Including to your case you had no proofs at all that LexMonster was indeed flamed you - i saw the replay and your ruined the game hard, since your braked the rule you should look at your own business and try to not brake the rules again so you can be a respected player - LexMonster isn't your problem. About the ban request "out of the blue " is in here > Ban Reports < players that are reported by Moderators or Admins are always posted there, we do not make requests because we solve requests - and about the rest of the staff, the requests are solved in private section that you don't have access, but you can still get unbanned (the staff person will judge that)

I dont want to offend you - just to inform you.

I think admins dont break some rules. (Like family flame etc. But i dont see any flamer or racist admin )

Lagabuse has mannared and good moderators/admins. I think only 3-4 moderator/admin is bad. Respect for Lexmonster. He is honorable admin. Btw its my idea.

Sometimes they ban u for nothing. Its like missclick. Example:

U have ogar-magi. Enemy has some hero with 1 hp. U use your stun but u missclicked and you stunneda creep.

If u think he banned you for nothing u can report him a global admin or admin.

But i think Lexmonster is right. Because u break a rule.

yes y ruin the game I do not deny and no I have no evidence about the flame (c'est la vie) but LexMonster is not my problem.

thats all that matters in this situations.

every time I was banned I took my fault and i have not post any unban request but with LexMonster it was strange situation of which I have no proof (and this is my fault), but in the end is just a game so no hard feelings, karma will get u

Okay lets clear this - you'v breaked the rules, you are banned. Impartial admin LexMonster knows martial arts and he is karate you with a ban (since you are a rule breaker) with his lexy tool thats it, if you are dissapointed with your ban send a private message to Xeqtr but you will recieve the same answer, we will take into consideration your rule and we might use it.

If u have a problem with your ban first talk with who banned you. If he doesnt unban u talk with Head moderator. If he doesnt unban you talk with Section Admin. If he doesnt unbanned you talk with Global Admin. If he doesnt unban you talk with Admin. If he doesnt unban you gg wp.

Example:

Crazymurderer banned u first talk with him. After fallow that:

Crazymurderer(Moderator/Admin etc.) >>>>> Head Ban/Unban Moderator >>>>> Ban/Unban Admin >>>>> Global Admin >>>>> Admin

Why would any other admin solve the request from the game in which I participated? I played that game and I have the best review of the game, I know exactly how you broke rules. Why would I bother some other admin to view replay of whole game, and waste 30-60 minutes of his life, if I already watched (played) it?

Alien, if u broke the rules, u know the procedure, but eve if they broke they rules - i refer to admins, there is no possible way to ban them or any other sanction for their behavior. And that is a natural thing, like in jobs, u can never take down ur boss, he is above u in that section, if u try, he will just mute u or fire u, bcs he sees u will dishonor his ,,deserved " seat. Dont try to push justice here ever, it is a dead man's job, not because they are corrupted, it is bcs they got other meaning for justice. It is a clan, and they will always support each other ( admins) and again, that is also natural, we would do the same in their position.

TO make the story short, IT IS USSLES to try anything, without going into a corrupted form.

Purpose of this post, I repeat again: admins involving in the game that are playing do not make a decision about the guilt of a player and be judged by another impartial admin which has no connection to the game.
this post I wanted to talk about rules and not turn it into a specific case !!

 KeMCek I have no problem with my ban and not trying to seek justice here, as I said above is about the rules not my case. depending on the case do not expect that the integrity and fairness of admin to be flawless and then you want to be judged by an impartial admin. that's why all I ask is that the admin who was involved in the game must make a request as the rest of the players and not judge the game itself.

and DatFace in my case you missed again the purpose, you said you watch the game and i ruined the game hard, I do not think it was a ,,hard ruin'' of the game if so they will not win the game, do not expect public games someone to say how to play the hero, what items to make and play their strategy, after make you an idiot and try to kick u from the game, especially what happened in my case the player who has proven to be an admin with say a ,,misbehave of moment'' (again no proof, my bad) and play with a smile.....like everything is normal......

So in conclusion not associated this post whit my case and treats it like as I wanted to be: one discussion about rules, rules involving admins.

that's why all I ask is that the admin who was involved in the game must make a request as the rest of the players and not judge the game itself.

Why should we make request as the rest of the players? As a volunteers here, we (moderators and admins) are not paid for this, to do our 'job', but we have certain privileges instead. One of them is that we dont have to make ban requests, we can issue bans ourselves.

And if those bans are not correct (and sometimes they arent), you think they are unfair, you could always send a complaint to Head B&U moderators or even B&U Admin.

Bottom line is, we wont change rules. Admin who was in game will always be able to issue ban. If you think you got banned unfairly, you can send complaint to Heads & Admin. End of story
