2. Ban request for : Siromauglavu and -p0ker-

3. Siromauglavu i report for  GAMERUINING. If u watch replay from min 26+ till end of the game he TP our player Panda to the hill in scourge wood. He did that 3-4 times and didnt let panda to play a game.
 -p0ker- i report for MH. IF u watch u can see that he blink on panda 2 times without any chance of knowing where panda is at that moment. Pure mh, u can see that from minute 21-22:20 where axe jumps in fog.
