He tried to play it, even got wards and courier to help the team somehow, but as he said he doesn't know the hero. Also he went afk for only 1-2 min which is not banable, and intentional feeding is nonsense.

About other request: You can't force people to vote !rmk or !yes, so that is also a deny.
