Why is it bad? A bit of armor and mana regen, after lvl6 he has nice dmg to benefit from lifesteal, plus it is an aura that can help his teammates too. Decent item for bristle i think, he can benefit from everything it gives.

Medallion over Vlad , its abnormaly anoying to have early pig with that.
In 4th level. 1 lvl slow, 2 lvls spam , 1 lvl reduction.
Vlad is good also, but i think medallion is more usefull , but then again, all depends from situation.

vlads is very good, it's popular nowadays by noobs to rage at it, but it is one of the most useful items in the game, AT ALL STAGES NOT JUST LATE (popular noob opinion), it gives all in AOE +5, PLUS FIVE armor to all units (same as a fucking cuirass and more than 2 times cheaper), mana regen, damage bonus, and it's very easy to get
it's extremely easy to push towers with vlads, even if you don't have pushy heroes, for that reason alone it is great, but it does a lot more than that

and yes medallion for bristle is very good with a cuirass later and some deso on someone else in the team, nubs forget that his nuke is physical = the less armor on enemies the better the damage

Vlad is good on allmost every hero ,just for the reason u mentioned it before.
But people keep making it as first item.
Take Lancer for example.
500hp on Start, still goes on that Vlad's , even if he made 0-5 making it.
Yeah, it will be mega usefull once he make it, but until then...
Imho, only Ursa needed it as the "Must have as 1st item".
But since Fury Swipes aint orb any more, its out of the picture.

Vlads rush on lancer is always make me cry. Illuisions get nothing from it, it don't help him in farming so much and he remains a squishy hero for longer. Totally useless to rush it i think.

On video you could see radiance burn AURA having its full effect. But this applies to any aura: Vampirism aura, Command aura, Presence of the Dark Lord etc.

NO. It does not.

Illusions carry auras, but don't benefit from them. At all. This makes them raher useless for illusion oriented heroes, with exception of radiance perhaps. On the bright side, SF -armor aura wont affect them.

As usual, there are some exceptions:

-Illusions don't carry triggered auras. This include Essence aura and Heartstopper aura. Won't go into detals here.
 
-Ilusions can be affected by any Endurance aura (the one that gives +IAS and +ms). Includes:
*Janggo
*Yasha buff (Applies to S&Y and Manta style as well) - both +ms and +IAS will apply
*+20 IAS from Assault Cuirass aura (aura part only)
*Endurance aura from dominated Centaur Khan
*Inner beast (Rexxar)
*Degen aura (Omniknight) - unfortunately, this is also Endurance aura, just with negative values
