Cearly this noob is cheater, got mh 100%. All game long he knew exact where we are, we had wards so i could see his movement, and am not a newbie, got a good map averness so i know what am talking about.
Replay time :
min 2 : watch him go straight for Legion, he didnt checked the bottom creeps at our woods, he goes straight on him. Min 5 again goes straight for Legion, first he goes on illu, but then, phase on RUNS straight on him. Min 7 again he goes straight on Legion. Before that, am sorry i forgot what minute it was, Nort came to gank bot, he even pinged on him and goes right on him. Clearly this noob has mh, i didnt even bother to look to entire game, its yours to chek it out.
