Punish those who waste the time of admins/moderators with false reports.

Most of the games (not dota, or other places where ppl play dota) have this in their rules: improper report, or lie/lies in report -> punishment.

Why is this not here ? You like torturing yourselves ?

If people get warned/banned for making dumb ass reports which are either improper or say lies in them, they will eventually make them properly, don't you think ? and if they don't, atleast you won't be wasting time on more of the same from those individuals.

He will most likely make another report like that soon, since he isn't getting punished for it, and the same goes for others.

I think it is just fine as it is right now.

The other things you mentioned, are the improper reports. Well, 99% of those stories are ending with a copy-pasted link to "how to post proper ban/unban request", and 1 more click on the "lock topic" button.
Imho not that huge amount of wasted time. To give forum bans for their stupidity is actually a longer process, with 2 or 3 seconds
