there is a bug on hero, d.k. s ulty and manta dont stuck if d.k use his ulty and than manta he turns back to normal form. and there is one more think the game finshed for 10 min and i cant see the game in Ladder games

For the bug , you must Contact Icefrog.
Thats why on the loading screen is says " Contact Me If You Find Any Bugs or Problems".

As for the game, maybe it was NonLadder.

This is an engine bug that affect most non-toggled transformations, excluding Chemical Rage based ones, and has been known since forever now. No, don't expect it to be fixed.

You can work around it - during the transformation period itself it is not dispellable. Click ground to move somewhere, and while still moving:
- hold down shift
- activate Elder Dragon Form (Shapeshift, etc.)
- use Manta Style
- release shift
in that order. Bam, three dragons (wolves, etc.)
