Why would i get banned for kicking a player ?

2ndly since he was playing solo .. even if there was a rule to ban if u kick without a reason.. he was freaking playing solo and making us lose.

It all depends .

Pub games are super because there is 5 random people with 5 different thoughts of how to win a game.

One player Soloing/Leveling/Farming > But playing lets say Ezalor.
Other player Warding /Scouting > Playing Sven.
3rd Guy constantly Arguing/blaming others/Flaming /Afking > Playing Techies with 1-14 Score(1 from FB).
Other 2 guys are ganking Roshan in lvl 6 with Rhasta /Visage , along the way flaming the other 3 guys because no one upgraded chicken and Riki from other team has Diffusal in 40th minute ( OMG he is overfeed).

So, this is just 1 everyday Pub Game.

When someone ask me to ban Game Ruiner , i first check what he did in previous games and What score he got, how Neutrals he got.

If one got CS   40 CreepS / 0.1 Deny / 45 neutrals Per Game
He isnt game ruiner , he is Super Junggler . Or in simple words , a Noob.

Im not saying that this particular guy has that score.

But maybe he wanted to get most farm and carry a game . Who the hell knows what is happening in his head.

Sadly , Pubs are very bad for nerves .

You cant deside who is ruiner and who is not.
It is not up to you to remove anyone from a game, it is up to me.

Well .. it's up to u to ban / unban .. depending on the way u interpret the rules ..
however it's up to the team to feel free to discard anyplayer that isnt contributing ..

 if i had a techies with 1-14 as u mention and the team decides to kick me .. u cant say it's unjustified .. because u believe that having 1-14 is a form of game ruin .. i believe on the other hand .. that having a solo player that is constantly farming is worse than the 1-14 techies .. cuz techies might mistakenly do damage in a team fight .. even if it's insignificant .. he might even plant a useful stun. a player that is constantly farming / solo playing .. is useless through out the game unless in very rare cases when they come in the end and do something else that would make 20-30 minutes of farming worth-while ..
 this doesnt happen in low pub games .. and in high pub .. u cant get a 20 minute farming with 4v5 and not be extremely crushed .. except maybe if it's a pick kind of game.
