SF (akink0) was playing really bad ... seemed allmost like intentional feed to me 1 7 before he left i think. He pluged 1 sec after he died 2 sec after tped on tower like 5 time in row ...
23:16       [All]    Akink0 has lost the connection (timed out) but is using GProxy++ and may reconnect.
he was allready in votekick ... they tried couple times before but newer passed this time he pluged and it passed ...

He cant excape penalty this way!

Ok watched replay carefully, so here it goes:

About akink0: Yes, he was feeding and lagged out right after he died, and I'm still 100% sure it was not plugging. Why? He is a decent player, but you had a very hard combo to play against, so feeding is somewhat normal, and about that plug-like situation: Right before death/dc you were teamfighting and, suddenly he just started to attack creeps, and not using any spells -> Typical behaviour of lagged out hero. !denied
