I watched 30 mins gameplay and he's not a cheater.
-minute 15 he went to get lothar
-min 16:40 yeah a bit strange but didn't go directly for lich
-min 21:30 he didn't exactly follow him as a MHer would do

Overall he got ganked, died, killed,had 2 a bit strange situations but just not enough for ban...
