When you click oh his sig, you get redirected to imgur and his sig size increases. Click on sig again, same thing happens but in reverse.

It's probably his desktop resolution, it's a way to low.
The way to fix it would be to scale signatures by browser %, but this can be only done by 'hacking' the forum.

now,my destop resolution is 1900x1080 but the problem is the size of his sig

Yeah , thats how i made it , i made same on XeqTR .
When u click on it , it shows you the Full Resolution of That image .
I figured someone wants to see it in Full Beauty
