Trial Section ?

I must ask because im curious, what is trial and what excatly are doing ban and unban trial moderators ?
I saw some requests are not solved over others, for example : 1 guy posted unban req and he described that he ran out of energy (electric ofc. for smartasses) and moderator applyed that it will be taken for his trial. Ok but same problem for  other poor fella, diference is only that his request was written in bad english and he was !unbanned insta without trial ? Racism ? Nacism ? Homosexualism ? or it depends from one moderator to another =?

Have u try to think about that word "trial" what it means...
Trial is like and trainee, he cant solve requests in this stage, he gets some requests for "training" which takes some time to be solved as they have to be proven by mentor, and after that requests became solved.

Yup , T-Bag said it all , trainee learn how to make a correct decision and gather info from their mentors.
Later on , they will active part of Staff and do what is needed .
