using skills on allies for no reason; and for ruin some moments

~11:35 - game time, pushes me back from free kill, so no1 gets it
~17:46 - game time, uses skill on me for no reason. If some1 would come to gang us, he would have cd on saving skill :/

5: Explain to us a general vision about the situation.
Everyone could see how does nessaj come to gang panda. Panda didnt see a shit and died - ofc i called him idiot;
After this (1s timemark) we could get nessaj, i had to use one nuke only, or even ulti if needed; But Earthspirit pushed me back with his 1st skill -__-
And 2nd time he just used it on me for no reason, so it says 'wow im panda and doing it on purpose'
And almost whole game he wasted his rocks vs creeps; As we know rocks needs alot of time to recharge, so he couldnt do a shit in fights. Like me btw, but at least i tried to win smth

While u working with it, peoples can get new accs and forget about these banned accs; They can even dont know about this ban xD

U can't report him for this,he used skils on u,when u was alone,in the secret shop,and 1 time at mid,when all players where down.

U can just use "disablehelp"

Disablehelp doesnt work on panda's skills as i know.
Why cant i report him for this? xD

by using hero skills on purpose to sabotage eg. Toss, Fissure, Sprout, Bloodrage, Disruption, Decrepify, Astral Imprisonment, Recall, Nether Swap, Cold Embrace etc.

He used skill not for team  profit, he used it for some retarded reason
1st time i had to use one blink+scream to kill nessaj, idk how did u miss that fact -_-

On dotalicious people could get permaban for shit like this. Strange server here:) Allows to play noobs without any punishment for them
