can someone tell me when can an adm [in-game] use !mute command and how many it last? ty

We have several commands not only the mute-command, and we have it because we're part of staff. Didn't you have access to that command when you were part of staff ? Anyway, if someone flames you, for example, you give him 2 minutes mute, if when unnmuted he continues to flame, you'll give him 5 minutes and so on.

im just trying to understand more about this matter but since high admins are broking rules every day i dont expect more from 'poor' mods like Madman

I still don't get how is this your problem and why are you trying so hard to find bad things about LA. If you don't like it, don't use it.

mute command can be used whenever a staff member considers it it necessary. after all, it doesn't block your game, only your chat. as for the length, it depends of his decision. it can be 2 min as it was discussed but if he thinks so, he can keep u muted for the rest of the game. in a way it is better, u can play without other things disturbing you and u escape the ban for flame which might follow if the mod makes a complaint.

he obviously said "pis" instead of "piece" on  purpose just to avoid flaming anybody in game, which was done professionally. every single staff member is professional in what he is doing, they think twice before taking any kind of action, therefore you shouldn't really worry about that.
