Does spectre have a passive which makes him attack twice ? No, instead he has a passive which makes him reflect damage = anything which makes him survive longer is useful in many ways for him, because it let's him do more autoattack damage for a longer period of time, and also let's the dispersion do more damage.

Weaver has a passive which makes him attack twice with 1 attack = of course you should exploit it more by getting damage items instead of linken, since you won't have enemies standing still to have time to permanently autoattack (or maybe you do, em player) so you have to make each hits hurt, weaver is elusive enough most of the time without linken in pubs, but there are still some situations in which linken can be excellent on weaver, when a good rex/doom player or whatever for example in a fight, doesn't go in untill weaver is visible so he can ulti him (which happens rarely on these pubs where you all go like "oh look, an enemy hero, I use spell!") which is why I told you it's a bad item, I was referring to pubs, do I really have to spell everything out for you, you can't use your brain even a little ?

If I spell everything out in every one of my posts, you say "too long didn't read", if I don't, you nitpick some stupid shit like this where you could just add "IN PUBS" and it makes sense, whatever, let's not forget you're obsessed with me and that's why you tryhard with stuff like this.

Well he got that rampage only because of linken, so it wasn't at all useless like you claim, so you are clueless.
