min 17:55 he were up killing creeps and went back cuz tiny was coming,no vision.
min 19:55 he were near secret shop and blinked to layana and used ult on him like he knew he was there.
min 24:00 he told to cent to go back cuz tiny and nerube were going to kill him,no vision,no wards just mh.

This is figure.09 forum accounts posts. As you can see his unban requests, o[^_^]o, Figure.09, only.sf, rajn.w0w accounts are all belong to him, since he requested unbans on these..
Since 2 of these accounts already banned for mh, its easy to judge this mh request i think.
