min 38 to 39 exactly 38:41 you can see that aa uses ult into fog to gondar when he was almost able to get aegis but had low hp do aa used his ult to kill him and avoiding him from getting aegis

Suspicious, but i'd say it was just a lucky try.
He didn't play shit the entire match, didn't have any other suspicious moment, he just tried his luck at rosh and it was a coincidence there was gondar.
I can't ban him just for this...
