I got problem that
my client dont want to update from 0.3.0.0 to 0.4.0.0  , and hopefuly I will play in few days

try to uninstal it, reboot PC & download ot again & instal...

before you uninstall it go to your wc3 folder check out if there is a file named *gproxy*.* ( * = anything) if there is one delete it and than uninstall / install - /reinstall
