High cpu usage

I have one problem since yesterday. When I watch stream with newest adobe flash player my cpu usage grows on 100% and it should be not more than 10%. I tought its mozilla problem but tried with crome and its same shit, still 100% usage. Actually its on 90-100% with any flash aplication. So, dunno what to do. I tried some solutions which i found on google but nothing works.
I got fresh windows 7 (installed 3 days ago) with full newest updates for any part of hardward

Any help, solutions?

P.S. Also RAM usage, its on 45-60% without any started aplication (just flash)

Maybe but I downloaded ADP for toher browsers not IE (you can chose on their site).
On dota it shows 20% cpu usage but im worry mb it's hardware fail and ill burn it during playing :S

try to uninstall flash player than install again 1 vers older or just newest version maybe it'll work, just probability :)

Did, doesnt work.
Going on service today to check full hardware since it cant be problem with windows, its just fresh installed with full updates. Wish me luck xd
