Stole my items, AFK, refusing to play, sabotage teammates!

after 5. min he refused to play, he stole my mithil hummer at 7-8 min, and refused to play.
5: Explain to us a general vision about the situation.
He refused to play after 5. min, bcs axe leaved, then he go to base and moved hero so he dont get autoban, and refused to play, also he stolen my mithill hummer so i couldnt continiue playing!! For just refusing to play, avoiding afk and sabotating teammates should get 8 days ban + warning and for stiling teammates items 3 days ban minimum!!!
