4: Reason that forced you to break the rule? - I didnt broke any rules, this wasnt on purpose.. i will explain

5: Explain to us a general vision about the situation! - It was like this, i was playing a game of dota it was 38min of the game i was farming bottom lane and suddenly i end up on my desktop and receaved a message - WINDOWS FREAKING UPDATE.. my god, this wasnt on purpose and i will be very greatful if you check this out.. i will attach a screenshot for you to see the time of the ban and the time of the update..

6: Your experience in LagAbuse.com / PlayDotA.eu? - I play on battlenet even before playdota.eu and lagabuse.com/ approximately 3-4 for hours a day, every day in the week..
