u can check, if your port 6125 is blocked here if it is, then try change Gproxy port onto different one, which is not blocked by router/modem.

make sure your Gproxy is closed, go to folder with your Gproxy

and change in gproxy.cfg "game port"

or try to get access onto router and allow blocked ports

As t-bag said, ports are probably blocked you need to go manually into router, and open ports from  6120 to  6126, and it should work.

well, getting access onto router will required username/pass and unless username and pass arent set to the most-used, I cant really help u...

just try to ping that IP mentioned above and let me know result.

So u have access onto server, but not under 6125 port which seems to be blocked by modem.
U can try to change...
in your browser type address of your DNS server its IP.
as username try to use: Admin
and as pas: admin (one of the most common)

Im 99% sure it wont work coz its so simple and IT guys knows it (but u never know, as I have found out couple  times myself)...
There is also another way, which is a bit more complicated and requires some time and knowledge about "collecting packets from the air"
