Hello dear members,

we are changing ingame rules a bit.

Changes are bold red, you can compare them to the current rules.

These are gonna be implemented soon.

Here you can ask any questions or post suggestions.

Ingame Rules

0. General codex:
      a: Evading ban is forbidden and may lead to PERMABAN on all detected accounts that player currently use.
      b: Using more than 1 account is ALLOWED, unless player breaks rule 0a.
      c: Backdoor is ALLOWED.
      d: Sharing an account is forbidden. Account owner is responsible for his account regardless who uses it.
      e: Player cannot be forced to use !ff, !rmk, !votekick, !yes or !no commands, even if majority of players want it.
      f: Player shall report cases involving racial, nationality, and religious intolerance.
      g: Saving the game is forbidden.
      Note: All decisions are mainly rendered by Moderators and can vary from those from 'Table of Sanctions'.
      Note: Admins' (not moderators') words are always indisputable
      Note: Admin (not moderator) is above the rules.

1. Player must not spam:
      a: Writing same text repeatedly in short duration (flooding) is not allowed.
      b: Excessive usage of 'minimap signals' may be considered as spam.
      Note: You are advised to use !ignore command against spammer whenever possible.
      Note: You can turn on/off minimap signals using ingame commands: /showminimapsignals and /hideminimapsignals.

2. Player must not insult:
      a: Noob, Retard, Idiot, are not considered as insult.
      b: Common swears are not considered as insult (eg. motherf...cker, f...cking, etc.) also in native language.
      c: Insults which contains family members may be considered as "family related flame".
      Note: You are advised to use !ignore command against spammer whenever possible.
      Note: This also applies for insults via whisper.
      Note: Provoking other players may lead to ban.

3. Player must not leave the game:
      LagAbuse.com uses a Autoban system. You will be auto banned in the following situations.
      a: Leaving the game
      b: Unplugging or Disconnecting (it may increase autoban duration)
      c: Game is considered a draw and autoban is switched off  in the following situations:

• 4vs5 in the first 5 minutes
• 3vs5 in the first 15 minutes

               Note: If a game 3vs5 after 15 minutes autoban will be switched off, but stats will be recorded!
               Note: You are strongly advised to check !autoban command in order to check whether you can safely leave.
               Note: Every time player leaves the game before end, he may lose PSR points even when !autoban is off.

4. Player must not be Away From Keyboard for longer than 120 seconds in single instance:
      a: Player shall join lobby with at least 1hour of free time.
      Note: Duration of AFK is not obligatory and it may vary depend of situation.
      
5. Player must not use any kind of cheats/bugs:

• Abusing bot bug or inner DotA game bug will be considered as cheat.
• Abusing GProxy ability to reconnect by unplugging.
• Game ends when Tree/Throne falls or when all players from one team have left the game or forfeit by !ff command. Fountain farming while no enemies playing, may be considered as exploit situation in order to cheat player statistics.
• Pretending bot announcement is not allowed.

6. Player must not abuse Share Control given to him:
      a: Player is allowed to use leaver in the game, but is forbidden to feed an opponent with him on purpose.
      b: Selling leaver's items for own profit (hero-sell instead team-sell) is not allowed.
      c: Destroying , hiding, stealing items, that belong to an ally is not allowed.
      d: Using shared allied hero skills isn't allowed.
      e: Moving shared allied hero isn't allowed.
      Note: Own profit selling sanctions are applied only when reported by own teammate.
      Note: Player is allowed to takeover leaver's items when none of teammates complain, or majority of teammates agrees.
      Note: Unsharing after upgrading courier by other player isn't bannable.
      Note: Unsharing while other player has items in courier isn't bannable. Player can use "Pickup all items" to get items back.

7. Player must not ruin the game by:
      a: Intentional Feeding
      b: Sabotaging Teammates:

• by telling position on the map to the opponent,
• by using hero skills on purpose to sabotage eg. Toss, Fissure, Sprout, Bloodrage, Disruption, Decrepify, Astral Imprisonment, Recall, Nether Swap, Cold Embrace etc.

      c: Mass-selling, hiding, destroying own items.
      d: Exposing own or ally items (couriers aswell) for the enemy on purpose.
      e: Refusing to play
      DotA is team game, avoiding team fights, pushes, defending and similar in order to lose may be considered as refusing to play.

8. Player must not abuse bot commands:
      a: Any player can use !votekick command against other player, only if he breaks at least one of the rules above.

• starting a !votekick and vote !yes against player who didn't break any of these rules, is not allowed.
• !votekick against self is allowed.

      Note: Sanctions apply ONLY when innocent player was !votekicked.

9. Player must not have inappropriate nickname:
      a: Nicknames containing insults are not allowed.
      b: Nicknames containing swears are not allowed (also in other languages than English).
      c: Nicknames involving national, religion intolerance, racism are not allowed.
      Note: Be aware that some nicknames may be taken as offensive, even if user think different.

Note:
   Number of warns determine volume of offence.
   Warn is visible for everyone on stats page.
   Warns are permanent.
   Having warns leads to troubles with unban requests, and may affect final Moderator decision.

Bart I believe that Astaroth have posted it cause most members are thinking that every moderator is Admin.

And that post is there more for "show off" and it is very very rarely used.

So imo it is not a big deal.

Well imo this 'rarely used' rule that Admin is about the rules got like 4 of my accs permabanned. Well complexes are complexes.

I like the one about refusing to play. Finally its taken seriously and simple refusing to push can bring lose wich previous wasnt considered as that. Hope ban moderators will take lead from this rule and start looking at "refusing to play" rule more global.

Well if you flame them constantly via pms, forum and in game ofc they will have to use something they use rarely to get rid of you.

So just imagine how much players there is here and why they decided to ban "Only you".

I started flaming him after he banned me with no reason, quite average.
And also, mng, don't talk about something you don't know. For example i got banned for mh 5 times, 3x by the same mod eho 3x played vs me with other acc, got raped by my gosu skills and permabanned me afterwards, no complexes, not at all, very LA such wow. Then, the 3rd time when he did this, he told he would leave his mh position if he had done mistake baning me ( obviously was determined to ban me once and for all). But what? After 1 week of spamming, admin rechecked it and unbanned me. Ofc he didn't leave his position, now he cab keep baning innocent players. Very wow, such LA.

If someone have banned you for no reason as you said, there is someone who can recheck it, and you said admin rechecked it and removed your ban. gg no re.

If that mod is still banning ppl then thay can make complaints like you did, you dont have to flame him, your satisfaction should be that YOU were right and HE was wrong.

in this forum and server, Admins are more powerful than Gods.. Actual Gods, and even Ancients Gods are in case.

So this is the best part about this community. So fucked up yet so intelligent. Omg here an admin comes, i should stop disputing things. Oh noooooooooooooo, don't use your omnipower upon me holy Admin of sacred lagabuse.

Every God have rules if you don't like you change religion, same as the Country we live, obey the rules so you can live in harmony.

In our case to have as much fun we can, no rules chaos will come .
