Check about 10th line from top on your pic, It says registry error, try to reinstal w3+euroloader again.

nope.. its not that just done that
i can log on b-net and check version it says gproxy 8 xpam verison and after 4-5 sec im disconected from b-net

Check the Warcraft installpath in your registry..

(in run > cmd etc)
